Jodi Davis, Founder, is an executive coach, management consultant and author with more than 25 years of experience working with corporate and nonprofit clients to develop individuals, teams and organizations to their full potential. JD Coaching and Consulting has developed a body of research specifically related to the nonprofit sector. A 2010 benchmark study identified best practices particularly as it relates to boards of directors and the executive staff. The research study resulted in a series of tools to help nonprofit boards and management evaluate performance, pinpoint areas of need and unleash their organization’s potential.
